DEATH NOTICE

Rev. Bernice Bertha Hebert (82), a faithful minister of Jesus Christ, wife, mother and friend to all, met her heavenly Father Saturday, June 18, 2011. She passed away peacefully at her residence in Heartland Community, North of Bethel, Missouri; the ministry where she and her husband Rev. Jay Hebert served. Surviving are her loving and devoted husband Rev. Joseph (Jay) Hebert, four children, one brother, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She received her degree in Theology at Pentecostal Bible Institute in Tupelo, Mississippi. For thirty years Sis. Bernice served as the Director of The International Ministerial Association (IMA) office in St. Louis. She also was an ordained minister through the IMA and worked diligently on the Foreign Missions Board. for the last several years, later receiving Emeritus status. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at Heartland Community Church. Her best friend Rev. Lavonda Mansfield officiated the services.
